Stress and Copying Strategies

The Center for Psychological Counseling and Career Guidance of the State University of Medicine and Pharmacy "Nicolae Testemitanu" invites You to the workshop with the theme: "Stress and Copying Strategies". We will become familiar or remember techniques for managing stress while you are in a stressful situation, and find out how to reduce the consequences of it.

At the workshop you will know how to use the skill of consciously working with stress, stress resistance, Self-regulation and copying strategies. Also, we’ll touch the Stress Management and resilience resources.

The activity will take place on December 11, 2025, at 16:00 Central building, Bloc B, Floor 4, room 406.

Event details:

• The duration of the meeting is 80 minutes;

• The moderating psychologist is Irina Dvornina, the psychologist at the CPCCG of the State University of Medicine and Pharmacy "Nicolae Testemitanu".
